I love rain.
I love it so much
the butterflies in my stomach
stop me from falling asleep.
Once again, I was lost in the sound of rain
and I could not close the window.
Despite knowing that it was the shortcut to a cold,
I could not give up on the beautiful sound of raindrops.
Consequently I have caught a cold from
sleeping with the window open =(
This week is especially important because I have hectic
schedule of a business meeting with our Italian and German partners,
an intense meeting for our launching in China, and a busy schedule
prepping for the 'Love Holiday' party coming up in the States.
Nonetheless, I have fell into the temptation of the sound of rain.
My body may be shivering cold,
but my spirit is full of joy ^^
I anticipate to see the joy I felt from last night's rain
to shine itself through next season's designs.
I would love to share the pleasant joy of the rain
with those who carry our friend-like JINAMMI bags.
I am beyond thankful for this designer job
that allows me to share and enjoy the happiness
and love I feel through every moment.❤

OPEN FOR BUSINESS: The latest edition to the Beverly Center's luxury wing comes in the way of JINAMMI.
The luxury handbag line out of Seoul officially opened its first store in the U.S. Thursday. Up ahead is an East Coast store, most likely in New York, by the end of the year, according to JINAMMI Creative Director and founder Ji-Nam Lee.
"Beverly Hills is very popular in Asia," Lee said of the reason to open there, adding that other luxury tenants made the shopping center a good choice for JINAMMI.
The company bills itself as a "modern Korean couture brand" with designs inspired by Korean architecture and art. The line, which uses materials such as Italian water snake and embossed lizard, ranges from $89 for leather bracelets to $3,290 for satchels made of caiman.
The company has a flagship store in Seoul and is also sold in Lotte department stores and duty-free shops in Asia.
Lee, who received her master's in fashion design at the Marangoni Institute of Milan in 2000, began laying down roots in the U.S. for her company last year when it opened a marketing office in Glendale, Calif. that has since shifted operations to the Beverly Center. An online shop also launched last year.
The company is eying additional U.S. outposts for flagship stores, such as Florida and Las Vegas, according to Lee.
It's banking on designer collaborations as part of its strategy to grow brand awareness in the U.S. The company is in talks with women's wear designer Javier Vassallo on a collaboration for fall 2015.
South Korean brand Jinammi has set up shop right in the heart of Los Angeles’ Beverly Center, and Thick Fab Life was in attendance at the store opening hosted by Flaunt Magazine.

The luxury brand offers handbags, clutches, backpacks, and more which are skillfully crafted with leather and exotic skins. We love the brand’s classy, upscale style and the vision of its Culture Creator (Ji-Nam Lee). Prices range from $90 to $18,900.
